Navigating the B-Line Admin Panel: A Detailed Walkthrough

Sign-In

Access the B-Line Admin Portal by entering the Username and Password provided by your B-Line point of contact.

Initial Setup

Once signed in, use the left navigation menu to set up your account. If another admin has already configured your account, you can proceed directly to occupant creation, booking amenities, tracking live occupancy, and issuing digital access cards.

Accounts Page

View your Account details on this page after signing in.

Add Buildings

Navigate to the 'Buildings' section from the left navigation menu to add buildings to your portfolio. When creating a new building, fields labeled ‘MinFac’, ‘MaxFac’, ‘MinBadge’, and ‘MaxBadge’ are optional.

Add Organizations

Organizations determine the digital access card permissions for your guests. Each building can host multiple organizations, allowing you to manage access effectively. For integration assistance, contact B-Line support at support@b-line.io.

Add Occupants (Building Staff or Guests)

Select 'Occupants' from the left navigation pane. Click on 'Create Occupant'. The building and organization selected will define the access rights for the new occupant.

When registering occupants with a US or Canadian phone number, they will be invited to download the B-Line mobile app, which enables them to book amenities and open doors using their digital access cards.

Add Resources (Amenities)

Under 'Resources' in the left navigation menu, create and manage amenities for your building.

Bookings

Navigate to 'Bookings' to manage amenity reservations. This section also provides access to live booking data and usage reports on a yearly, monthly, and weekly basis.

Access Cards

Assign and manage digital access cards via the 'Cards' section in the navigation menu. The card features are linked to the organization of each occupant.

Spaces & Live Occupancy Tracking

Equip your spaces with B-Line’s camera-less occupancy tracking sensors for real-time occupancy data. Access live spatial occupancy reports through the panel.
